Small Patu is a short hand club carved of bone, wood or Pounamu (greenstone) and used as a lethal weapon in the hands of a competent warrior. The Patu often carried in a Maori warrior Harakeke (flax) belt.
Lashing: Smokey brown wax cord which is extendable.
Often the Patu had been a treasured heirloom, passed from generation to generation usually only chiefs of high standing possessing them.
